    REGIONAL STRATEGY

    Nimble Group has, since its foundation, been making solid progress by persisting in its strategy of regional development and the main business model of development of land by tracts. Based in Guangzhou, it has soon become larger and stronger, thanks to its continuous cultivation in the Pearl River Delta and active integration into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, hence establishing firmly its status in the field of livelihood residential development. Having followed the pace of national development of urbanization since 2009, it has involved in the stage of nationwide expansion, exploited actively the diversified model of the whole industrial chain service, and thereby promoted the sustainable development of urban economy. Up till now, it has offered business products in many cities of Hainan, Tianjin, Hunan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Henan, Guangxi and Inner Mongolia, with the Pearl River Delta as center.

    PRODUCT STRATEGY

    Nimble Group strongly considers the making of “boutiques” as its core product strategy, together with the ”Four High” formation of high starting-point planning, high level design, high quality construction and high standard management as its sustainable core competitiveness. With its ever-improving product lines and under the orientation of the people's need for better life, it has gradually formed four product series which cover features of urban boutique residence, CBD commerce, urban complex, and cultural tourism, with the successful build-up of more than 100 successful boutique projects nationwide, and thereby achieved excellent performance and high recognition in the market.
